There is always something happening in Burgers' Zoo. Not all the news is big enough to immediately devote an entire article to, but many small news items together provide an interesting update.
In addition to the fledged blue ground dove, you also have a chance of spotting the Allison's anole in the Mangrove. Several new animals of this species have been released there. The basic colour of the birds is bright green, and the male also has a bright blue head.
